Homer L. BOWLBY

Homer L. BOWLBY was a well known educator of Appleton, WI, and the proprietor of the Actual Business College there. After graduating from Ohio Normal University at Ada in 1900, Homer took a business course in Columbus, OH., graduating in 1901. He taught in a county school near Columbus then moved to Wisconsin in 1902. He taught Buskey Brother's Business College for two years until 8 AUG 1904, when he established the Actual Business College in partnership with Mr. A. M. ERLING. Mr. ERLING retired in 1911 and Homer entered into partnership with Mr. M. A. SCHWAB. Homer was a Republican in politics, a member of the Congregational Church and a member of the Elks.
