Death
Mrs. Elizabeth Treaster, 81, died at her home at 32 S. Mann Avenue, Yeagertown, Tuesday evening at 6:30 o'clock after an illness of two years.
Mrs. Treaster was born at Siglerville October 27, 1877, a daughter of the late David and Mary Gearhart Felmly. Her husband Martin L. Treaster died July 21, 1953.
Children surviving are John Z. Treaster, 19 N. Mann Ave., Yeagertown; Fred D. Treaster, 122 W. 5th St; Luther L. Treaster, Locke Ave., Yeagertown; Alvin E. Treaster, 424 Freedom Ave., Burnham; Gerald N. Treaster, 53 Logan St; Mrs. Edward (Sarah) Hoover of Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. George (Meda) Haller, 32 S. Mann Ave., Yeagertown.
Twenty-nine grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren are living.
Mrs. Treaster was a member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church at Yeagertown, the Ladies Aid Society and the Loyal Workers Sunday School class.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Treaster residence in charge of the Rev. David Kyler and the the Rev. Donald Warner. Interment will be made in the Yeagertown Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home after 4 p.m. Thursday.
