Charlotte A. Hallock, 76, of Menlo Park, NJ died Friday, March 25, 2011 in Haven Hospice at JFK Hospital, Edison, NJ. Born October 27, 1934 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Charles and LuLu Dalrymple Apgar. She was the wife of Peter Hallock of Menlo Park Terrace. Charlotte was the valedictorian of her graduating class from Snyder High School in Jersey City, NJ. She had been a clerk for Lehigh Valley Railroad in Jersey City, NJ. Charlotte loved visits to Wildwood, NJ and New Jersey history. She was an avid reader and genealogy buff; she loved music and roller skating, Everyone is asked to wear bright colors in honor of Charlotte. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Perth Amboy; the Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years; the D.A.R., and Woodbridge Historical Society.

In addition to her husband Peter; a daughter Heather (Lily) Hallock; Diamond
and her husband Gary of Coney Island; dear friend of the family Hopkins
Diamond; cousins: Charlotte Curtis, Bruce and Anna Marie Curtis. all of
Sewaren, NJ, Peggy, Brian, Patricia and Zachery Meehan, all of Elkton, MD: and a grandson Peter James Hrehowski of Menlo Park sister Lillian Lucille died at birth.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday,March 30 in Bloomsbury
Methodist Church, followed by burial in Bloomsbury Cemetery. Calling hours
will be held 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Rush-Devlin Funeral Home, 42 Church
street, Bloomsbury. Memorial contributions may be offered to American Diabetes Association or Angel Food Ministries.
