MRS. ANNA B. ELY - Dies at Galion, Funeral Tuesday
Galion, January 18 - Mrs. Anna B. ELY, 77, died Saturday afternoon at 4:05 o'clock at her home, 402 Gill Avenue. She had suffered a stroke of paralysis 16 weeks ago.
She was born October 27, 1859, in Galion, the daughter of Gideon and Eliza Moreland NEFF. She was married September 14, 1879, to John ELY, who died eight years ago. Mrs. Ely was the last of 10 children.
She is survived by one son, Don H. ELY at home, and nieces, Mrs. Philip and Mrs. Otto Krichbaum, both of Galion.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home on Gill Avenue, the Rev. Kenneth Wilson, Pastor of Grace Episcopal Church, will officiate and interment will be made in Fairview Cemetery.
