Lancaster, Wis.- Lila SLAGHT, 81, of 342 N. Harrison St., Lancaster, died Monday evening, April 15, 1991, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, rural Lancaster. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at O'Rourke Schwartz Funeral Home, Lancaster, where friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.
Mrs. SLAGHTwas a clerk at Hughes Pharmacy in Lancaster from January 1967 until her retirement in September 1979. She was born on Aug. 21, 1909 in Cassville, daughter of Fred and Christine (Wiest) LISCUM. She married Forest SLAGHT on Dec. 6, 1933, in Galena, Ill., he died on March 12, 1987. She was a member of the Beetown Royal Neighbors of America Camp 1685.
Surviving are three sons, Gary and Forest Jr. (and Etta), both of Lancaster, and Roger (and Dee) of Bloomington; four grandsons, one great-granddaughter and five step-grandchildren; and a sister, Violet MUTSCHLER of Wauwatosa. She also was preceded in death by an infant son.
