Opera House Fire Victim - Boyertown 13 JAN 1908
Irvin/Irwin Clemmer, age 23, teamster for Frank Leidy, Chestnut St., Boyertown. Son of John B. and Hannah (Borneman) Clemmer, Washington Township, Berks County. He was survived by brothers: Edwin and Calvin and sisters: Olivia wife of John J. Bauer, Hannah (married Philip Latshaw), Amy (married Paul Lengel), Mabel (married Philip Buck). He was predeceased by sisters Sevilla, Agnes, and Ada Clemmer and a brother Warren Clemmer. Irwin never married, but is reported to have attended the performance with his [unnamed] fiancée. He is buried at the Bally Union Cemetery.
