Death
Jackson - LeVeta M. Renfro, 92, of Jackson, TN and Oakland, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. She was a member of Oakfield Baptist Church in Jackson and the Rebekah Lodge #1 in Memphis. Mrs. Renfro, the widow of Harvey W. Renfro, leaves a daughter, Joy Applegate of Oakland, TN; a son, Bill Renfro of Jackson, TN; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. She was also preceded in death by two sons, David and Ernest Dodson and two sisters, Edna Rabren and Oleta Burch. The family will receive friends this evening, Thursday, April 12, from 5-8 p.m. at Family Funeral Care. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 13, at the funeral home with interment to follow in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Oakfield Baptist Church.
