Lorena (Detwiler) Nearhoof obituary in the Altoona Mirror newspaper July 28, 2000 states that she was the daughter of John R. and Blanche (Claar) Detwiler. She married Raymond Nearhoof May 19, 1938. He died March 19, 1982. Her obit does not state that she remarried.
Also Application for Marriage License, Book 47, Page 529, Application 43579, at the Blair County Court House, Hollidaysburg, PA shows Lorena Detwiler parents were John Detwiler and Blanche Claar.
