KRONTZ
May MURPHY, daughter of Uri and Ida MURPHY, was born in Defiance Co.,
Ohio, Sept. 14, 1881. In 1883 she moved with her parents to Edgerton Ohio.
Living there with her parents until 1887 when they moved to Butler Ind.,
wherre she has since lived.
She was graduated from the Butler High School in the Class of 1900 and on
February 15, 1902 she was married to Alsid D. HAVERSTOCK. To them were born three children, two of which died in infancy.
Again on September 18, 1906 she was united in marriage to Roy KRONTZ. She
departed this life May 20, 1907 aged 25 years, 8 months and 6 days.
She leaves a husband, father, mother, two brothers, one sister, and a daughter, Gladys Irene, to mourn her sudden departure.
The funeral services were held at the Church of Christ Wednesday
afternoon, conducted by Robert B. Chapman. Interment at Mt. Pleasant
cemetery.
