At the time of publication (1882) mentioned was made that Peter's son Henry lived on the tract of land. Further there is a record of "Memorandum of an agreement" assigned the widow and heirs of Peter ELLER late of West Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, deceased, ect. leaving no will, dated May ? 1843. .
