Death
MILROY — Vivian H. GOSS, 83, of 100 Andrew St., Milroy, died at 8:11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at Lewistown Hospital.
Born April 17, 1920 in Milroy, she was a daughter of the late Joseph B. and Tressie G. (JOHNSON) FULTZ. Her husband, James M. GOSS, preceded her in death on Nov. 10, 1994.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Carol) RUSSLER, Milroy; a brother, Jay H. FULTZ, Santa Barbara, CA; two grandchildren, James Joseph RUSSLER and Holly Sue SNYDER; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Harry (Izetta) MERTZ.
She was a Piper Aircraft welder in World War II.
She was a homemaker and also a baker at Chilcoats Restaurant in Milroy.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Siglerville.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Bohn Funeral Home with Pastor Rosalie N. Smith officiating. Interment will be at Salem Cemetery in Siglerville.
Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Bohn Funeral Home.
