YEAGERTOWN ; Almeda O. Brumbaugh, 90, of 123 N. Mann Ave., Yeagertown, died at 4:26 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2000, at Ohesson Manor Nursing Home, Lewistown. Born Dec. 2, 1909, in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late William K. and Erma (Sheaffer) Orren. Her husband, Charles E. Brumbaugh, died in 1985. Surviving are: daughters, Janet L. Watson and Mrs. Larry (Mary Lou) Treaster, both of Yeagertown and Connie A. Mattern, Lititz; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by a brother, a sister, and a great-grandson. She was a member of Holy Communion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Yeagertown. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Heller-Hoenstine Burnham Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with the Rev. Philip C. Tundel officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.
