Nancy E. Schellenberg
LEWISTOWN - Nancy E. Schellenberg, 71, of 106 Highland Ave., Lewistown, died at 10:40 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 1999, at her residence.
Born May 6, 1928, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late William and Louise (Reed) Milliken. Her husband, Frank E. Schellenberg of 106 Highland Ave., Lewistown, whom she married March 15, 1955, survives.
Also surviving are: children, Mrs. John (Louisa) Shawver, State College and Edward R. Schellenberg, Lewistown; stepson, Frank C. Schellenberg, Lewistown; brother and sisters, Herbert Milliken, Fairfax, Va., Jane Fulkroad, Columbia Station, Ohio, and Mrs. Raymond (Iva) Cowan, Granville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Guy Milliken, William Milliken, and Dorothy Snook.
She worked in housekeeping at the Lewistown Hospital for 23 years, retiring in 1990.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with the Rev. Jacob T. Traxler officiating. Interment will be in Juniata Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the services Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HOSPICE: The Bridge, 1126 W. Fourth St., Lewistown, PA 17044.
