ORVILLE C. BOWLBY
Succumbs at His Home in Carey Wednesday Morning.
Orville C. BOWLBY, South Vance street, Carey, passed away at his home at 6:30 o'clock Wednesday morning. Death was due to dropsy, he having lingered with the sickness for some time.Deceased was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James BOWLBY, both now deceased, and was born in Carey April 19, 1869, being aged 67 years and 9 days at the time of his demise. Mr. BOWLBY resided in and near Carey all his life, and was in the plumbing business in Carey. He is survived by two brothers, R. D. BOWLBY, of St. Clair, Mich., and N. W. BOWLBY, of Englewood, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. T. C. O'BRIEN, of Detroit. Two brothers and two sisters preceded Mr. BOWLBY in death. The deceased also leaves a wide circle of friends.The funeral will be held at the home on South Vance street, in Carey, Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. L. P. Speaker officiating. Burial will be made in Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey.
