Brozak, Doris Jeanne (nee McCay) Crown Point. Age 80 passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Edward M. Brozak Sr; children, Kathy (Joe) Bingham, Linda (Steve) Bradford, Karen (Jeff) Hudson, Patti (Jerry) Duggins, Ed Brozak Jr. and Ken (Tara) Brozak; grandchildren, Dawnn, Tim, Tom, Jeremy, Mike, Rick, Dave, Kevin, Jimmy, Jerry, Jennifer, Joey, Nicole, Zoey and Zachary; great-grandchildren, C.J., Trey, Jackson, Alyssa, Kailey, Megan, Allysa, Michael, Brooke, Tatum, Madyson, Breckin, Kevin, Sydney, Ashley and Ryan; nieces, nephews and her canine pride and joy, Missy. Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Irene McCay, great-granddaughter, Madison Duggins and sister, Louise (late Wil) Harris. Doris was a member of the Northwest Indiana Genealogical Society. Doris along with her husband Ed, have spent the last 20 years documenting the grave locations of every decedent in every cemetery in Lake and Porter Counties. Together, they published and presented these books to the Lake and Porter County Main Libraries and the Salt Lake City, Utah Morman Genealogical Library. She loved to crochet baby layettes and afghans for each member of her family. Doris will be truly missed by all whose lives she touched. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 16, 2012 10:30 AM at Calumet Park Funeral Chapel 7535 Taft Street Merrillville, IN with Rev. Joseph E. Vamos officiating. Interment to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, January 15, 2012 from 3:00-7:00 PM and on Monday morning from 9:30 AM until time of funeral service at the funeral chapel.
