Birth
Hannah R. Treaster was born January 11, 1894, in Brown Township, a daughter of the late Cyrus E. and Mary KEPHART Snook. Loving wife of the late John Z. Treaster. Mrs. Treaster is survived by a son, Paul E. Treaster, Yeagertown, a brother Ralph A. Snook, Lewistown, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Mrs. Treaster was a member of the Holy Communion Lutheran Church, Yeagertown, the Mission Society, and was a Sunday School teacher for many years.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 19, at the W. K. Barr Funeral Hone, with Rev. Dean Rupe officiating.
"Crossing the Bar" by Alfred Tennyson was chosen by Mrs. Treaster's family to be included on her rememberance card.
