Died from myocardial infraction, coronary occlusion (duration unknown). Examined by John F. Walsh, coroner, Port Washington, Wisconsin. Coroner signed 12/17/1961.
Burial
Funeral services were held on December 19, 1961. A wake/memorial was held at the Wilk Funeral Home in Random Lake, Wisconsin from 10:00 am to Noon, followed by services at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church in Waubeka, Wisconsin, at 2:00 pm. Rev. H. F. Totzke, pastor, officiated. Leroy Wilk was the funeral director; affidavit signed 1/18/1962.Burial was in the church cemetery north of Waubeka, Wisconsin.
