3. Info from "Names, Names, Names", published by the Kent Branch of the Ontario Genealogical Society, pg85. This source list his arrival in Philadelphia, PA in 1771 On the ship "Tyger".

1. "Peter Traxler, the Elder, located in Harwich 3 miles above Chatham. He had several sons, three of whom were Peter, Michael and John." Valley of the Lower Thames. Coyne2. I have a copy of his will listing 6 children and his wife. Instrument is in the Ontario Archives, Reg. The will is dated 19 Nov. 1822, Executed 12 Nov 1825.
