Arlie was a board member of the St Francis Co Railroad Com in 15-Nov-1957. And
east of the Farmington Court House was Dr Parker's Drug Store. Parker built
the country home at one time owned by Arlie McClard. Arlie was an officer and
first director of the Kiwanis Club in Famington in 1945. He also owned McClard
Lumber Compay & the McClard Apartments in Famington, MO.
