Phebe Barker did not leave a will and her estate entered probate 9 December 1845. The following heirs signed that they were the only children of Phebe who was a Revolutionary War pensioner: Mary Kilborn wife of John Kilborn, Charlotte Bradley, Phebe Carter wife of Sawyer Carter, Sarah Dodge, Jacob W.
