Will

In his will, Jacob makes bequests to his wife Mary (Mary widow signs the probate papers), his four daughters Martha Rice, Esther Jenens (wife of Jonathan Jennings), Mary Rice, and Bethiah Brigham (wife of Jesse Brigham) and sons Amos, Obadiah, Jacob, and Gershom. There is also an Elisha Rice that signs the probate papers with the other children and widow, but I did not see him in the will so not sure who that is (turns out to be Elisha Rice the husband of Martha Rice -- she married a relative).
