Case 18891Susanna declines administration of the estate and requests Benjamin Beard for this duty. Francis Richardson makes a statement that all the children of age twenty-one also decline administration. The amount of debts exceeded the value of the personal estate and a petition was made to sell part of the real estate to settle the debts.
