Juanita had a child born out of wedlock. The father was Glenn Breelan d , h er uncle Emmor Lash's step-son. Juanita died shortly after giving b i r th due to complications from toxemia. The child was adopted by a cou p l e in Thomas, Oklahoma (Walter and Irene Cocks). They named their son , J a mes Walter Cocks. They moved to West Des Moines, Iowa when Jim was t h r ee where he has spent the rest of his life.
