Henry Wingo (Spartanburg County SC) to Andrew Stevens (same), for $200 sold all my interest to a certain tract of land in said Dist. (County) on the waters of Fairforest creek. Bound: Elijah Ballenger, Vincent Tapp, Widow Wingo, Hiram White, Henry Cunningham. It being my intention to sell all my distributive share of the plantation left at his death by my father Willis Wingo to which I am entitled as one of his heirs at law.
