Amelia County VA court held August 17, 1750...
Benjamin Hendrake requested that improvements on his 400 acres on Walnut Branch be valued. Ordered Samuel Whitworth, John Drinkwater, Thomas Wingo, and Thomas Whitworth, or any three, to value same and make report.

In his father John Wingos will, he is the first son listed. Will D. 1755 Amelia County VA Will Book 1, pp 114 and 118. He was left one shilling.

Deed Book 7, page 426, Amelia County VA. Deed of Gift. Thomas Wingo, Sr. Planter, and Jane (X), his wife of Amelia County to John Wingo, HIS son of same. Date 3/26/1761. Consideration: Love and affection. 200 acres, being part of land whereon I now live, adjacent lines of Poullin Anderson and William Wood and swamp. Wits: none.

Deed Book 8, page 423, Amelia County VA. Deed. Thomas Wingo, Sr. of Amelia County VA to his son Thomas Wingo, Jr. of same. Date 8/22/1764. Consideration: 5 pounds. 60 acres in Raleigh Parish, Amelia County VA adjacent said Wingo, Sr., son John Wingo and Hurt, with all buildings, etc. Wits: George Lasure Webster and Daniel Farley.

Death date is found in Samuel Seay's Pension file in the National Archives.

Note: Thomas probably had daughters, no documentation has been found.
