At the request of Andrew Chunn of CC, the following deed was recorded this Apr 28, 1732.
I, John Chunn Sr of CC, planter, for the natural love I have for my son, Andrew Chunn, and also in respect for the many and long continued acts of filial obedience & services of my sd son and other good causes, I have given Andrew all my personal estate. Sd Andrew Chunn promises to find and allow myself and my wife, Muriel Chunn, a good and decent maintenance during our natural lives out of my sd estate, with liberty to make use of _pact the rest toward the supply of the necessities.
