To wife & extrx., Sarrah Howard, , for life, my land, & on her d. that part of my land not already given to my son-in-law Hugh Wilson to son Clement Howard.
To s wife all my m. e. except a chest, to dau. Susanna Newton & a mare & heifer, to grddau. Sarra Howard.

15 June 1753, sworn to by all 3 witn., & the widow stood to the will.
