On the complaint of Stephen Robison, son of Jno Robison, deceased, and Alexander Wilkison, and Peter Hoggins, who each of them married a daughter of sd deceased, that William Robison, the administrator has concealed and kept out of the
appraisement of the deceased's estate, sundry articles, ordered that summons issue for the complainants to appear at next Court. William Robison, the administrator, being present, had notice to attend at the same time.

At Orphan Court last Oct, on the complaint of Steven Robison, son of John Robison, late of CC, deceased, Alexander Wilkinson and Peter Hoggins, who each of them married a daughter of sd deceased, that William Robison, the administrator of sd deceased's estate, had concealed and kept out of the appraisement sundry articles belonging to ad estate, it was then ordered by the Court that summonses issue against the complainants and William Robison, administrator being then present, had notice to attend at the same time. And now here, on this day, came also sd Alexander Wilkinson and Peter Hoggens, two of the complainants and sd William Robison. After deliberation the Court was of the opinion that not any part of the deceased's estate was concealed and therefore ordered that the Register receive the inventory and record the same.

To son Richard Hoggins, ex., of personal estate and to pay
1000 pounds tobacco to his mother for life.
To son Peter Hoggins, other half of personal estate, tract of land where he now lives (unnamed) and to pay 1000 pounds tobacco to his mother during her life.
