Jan 18, 1763 from Jacob Ware of CC, planter, to Robert Hendly Courts of CC, planter, for 144 £ sterling, two tracts of land, the one called Verino, lying on Potomack River, bounded by a tract of land called Grenier, containing about 50 acres; the other tract of and is called the Haw Point, lying in CC between Tottersholls Gift and Potomack River, bounded by a tract of land granted to Mr. John Courts decd and now in possession of the above mentioned Robert Hendly Courts containing about 60 acres. Signed - Jacob Ware, Wit - Rd Harrison*, Jo: H: Harrison*. Mary, the wife of sd Jacob Ware, released her right of dower to the within mentioned lands. Recorded Feb 22, 1764.
