Elizabeth Young, relict of Edward Parker, died seized of a parcel of land called Fresh Pond Neck in St Michaels Hundred, St Mary's Co, by virtue of a devise to her made by Edward Packer, son of said Elizabeth by his last will. William Claw and John Smallpiece were exrs. She had no apparent heirs. Shortly after proving the will Smallpiece died. Afterward said William Clawe was slain before the Susquahannough fort having made his will and his wife Sarah sole extx. Said Elizabeth conveyed land previously belonging to her son Edward Packer to John Reignolds who by his last will dated 24 Aug 1673 directed the land be sold. Edward Jolly during his life and his wife Margaret, and John Stevens who m. said Margaret Jolly still hold the land. (Arch. of MD, v. LI, p.192, 310). 17 Sep 1679. (Arch. of MD, v. LI, p.310). The Early Settlers of Maryland by Gust Skordas 1968 shows that Elizabeth Godfrey, transported in 1671, m. Theodore Young prior to 1677 (16.507; 15.520). A Theodorous Young was transported from Virginia in 1663 (8.483) and Theodorus transported 1666 (6.451; 15.520).
