To son George Asquith, tract called Hunting Neck, and Addition To Hunting Neck.
To unborn child. should it be a boy, all that tract where my quarter now is, and The Addition To Hamsted.
To son George Asquith, tract whereon John Newton and William Wise live called Hicory Hills.
In case sons John or George Asquith should die without issue, it shall be divided amongst the surviving children.
Wife Elinor Asquith, to have her thirds of the whole land, during life.
If unborn child is a girl, land to be divided between sons John and George Asquith.
To nephew Thomas Asquith, Jr., 6 pounds.
