Phila Orphan's Court 8-72 & 84, 9 Mar 1767. 72 Eodem Die - before the aforesaid justices.
On motion of Mr Nicholas Waln that the court would permit Jonathan White and Benjamin White infant children of Thomas White late of Horsham, yeoman, dec'd, to appear and chose guardians they being upwards of fourteen years of age, rule that the said Jonathan and Benjamin White do appear and chose guardians and the said Jonathan at the same time appearing in open court to chose Joseph Lloyd of Radner Twp in Chester Co to be his guardian whom the court appointed. And the said Benjamin at the same time appearing in open court chose Samuel White to be his guardian who was by the court appointed. And in further motion of the said Nicholas Waln the court appointed Thomas Rose and John Jones guardians to John White, William White, Isreal White, and Joseph White other children of the said Thomas White, dec'd, under fourteen years of age.
