Jul 13, 1767 from Wilfred Neal of St. Mary's County, planter, son of Henry Neale, late of sd county, decd, to John Chapman of CC, planter, in pursuance of the will of sd Henry Neale deed, and for 210 £ 19 shillings, all that tract of land in CC, being part of a tract of land called Green Spring, bounded by the original tract called Green Spring, Portobacco Branch, a small branch called the Fresh run, containing about 321 acres.
