After the Revolution he moved from Middletown to Munson, Mass., from thence to Randolph, Vt. 1790, and thence to Lancaster, Erie County N. Y. where he died.

Philip Peckham was Lieutenant of the Train Band in 1776 for which service his grave is annually decorated by the Daughters of the American Revolution.
