Court Record, Page 64--5 January, 1724-5: Adms. granted to Eunice Roberts, widow of sd. decd., and John Williams of Middletown.
Page 95--3 August, 1725: The Adms. exhibit an account of debts, and move that part of the moveable estate be set out to the widow Eunice Roberts. This Court order that moveable estate valued at the sum of ?33-05-09 be set out to the widow.
Page 118--1st March, 1725-6: Per act of the General Assembly, 14 October, 1725, granting liberty to Eunice Roberts and John Williams of Middletown to sell real estate of sd. decd., with the approbation of this Court, to the value of ?16-15-00, at 20 days notice, to the highest bidder.
