Son, William, land that I bought of Joseph Smith, joining the plantation where I live; he paying to his brother, Thomas, L 60, when he is 21, and to his sister, Mary Lippincott, L 40, when she is 18. My land at Morris River to be sold. Wife, Elizabeth, the rest of my estate. Executors -- my wife, and my brother-in-law, William Haines. Witnesses -- John Stokes, Samuel Jones, John Lippincott.
