1804 May 28. Lippincott, Benjamin, of Woolwich Twsp., Gloucester Co.; will of. Son, Benjamin, plantation whereon he now dwells (excepting 5 acres of woodland joining William Matlack's and George Colson's lands.) Grandson, Levi Lippincott, the said 5 acres. Son, Jethro, plantation whereon he now dwells; also marsh bought of brother, Samuel Lippincott on Rackon Creek, during his life; then same to my grandson, Job Lippincott; likewise 1 3/4 acres of meadow in Salem County. Should said grandson, Job, die without issue, the same to be divided between my 3 grandsons, i.e. Jacob, Joshua, and James (sons of said Jethro Lippincott). Said grandson, Levi, £10, when 21; also said grandsons Jacob, Joshua, and James, each £30, when 21. Daughters, Mary Woolston and Hope Ballinger, residue of moveable estate to be divided between them. Sons, Aaron, Benjamin and Jethro and son-in-law, Zaccheus Ballinger, wearing apparel. Executors--son, Aaron Lippincott and son-in-law, Zaccheus Ballinger. Witnesses--Samuel Coles, Samuel Lippincott, Martha Allen. Proved 10 July 1804.1804 June 26. Inventory, $410.35; made by Samuel Lippincott and William Matlack. File 2501 H.
