Individual Details
Jessie Fremont Kent
(20 Dec 1885 - 14 Apr 1958)
I have long speculated how Jessie Fremont KENT got her name, as there were no Fremonts found in the family tree. I have come to the following conclusion: Jessie was named for Jessie (BENTON) FRÉMONT, the popular wife of Maj. Gen. John Charles Frémont, the Civil War officer.
