Mary F. Potter, 95, of New Richmond, died at 5:25 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. She was born Sept. 7, 1915 in Covington to the late Oliver D. and Anna Marie Bantz Hutson. She married Cornelius M. Potter on May 23, 1934 in Covington. He preceded her in death Oct. 19, 1988. She was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, John, Wes, Kenney and Jim Hutson and a sister, Alma Adams. Surviving are sons, Lowell Potter (wife: Janet) of New Richmond, Morris Lee Potter (wife: Brenda) of New Palestine and David Potter (wife: Rosella) of Crawfordsville; daughters, Rosemary Hutchison (husband: Linn) of Lake Holiday, Crawfordsville, Cornelia Barbur (husband: Jerry) of Monticello, Il., Shirley Luttrell of Berger, Mo. and Geneva Taylor of Crawfordsville; a sister, Martha Ann Swaney of Tillton, Il.; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Potter of Crawfordsville; 33 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren and 45 great-great-grandchildren.Endnotes
