Leon Joseph Favre 66, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at his home in Ocean Springs, MS. He was born in Bay St. Louis, MS and of the Catholic faith. He retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding in Gautier, MS with 32 years of service. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and brother who will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester James and Clara Mae Favre, Sr. He is survived by his wife of ten years, Amy Favre of Ocean Springs, MS, two sons, Tatum "Jessica" Biederman of Knoxville, TN and Alan "Chloe" Furr of Ocean Springs, MS, granddaughter, Aria Furr, three brothers, Chester James Favre, Jr. of Cummings, GA, Kenneth Favre of Perkinston, MS, and Adrian "Valerie" Favre of Gautier, MS, sister, Donna "Matthew" Boney of Biloxi, MS, eight nieces and nephews, Brandy, Michael, Charles, Brandon, Stuart, Ashley, Justin, and Jacob, five great nieces and nephews, Tristan, Ainjel, Nicholas, Mikayla, and Sir William. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS, the family will be receiving guests from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS is in charge of arrangements.Endnotes
