HINES, VIRGINIA 87, of Louisville, passed away Saturday at Baptist Hospital East. She was the former Virginia Goff, an employee of the old Stewart Dry Goods Co., with 28 years of service and a member of Chapel Park Baptist Church for 40 years. Her husband, Ezra Hines, preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Barbara Hust (Deon) of Peachtree City, GA, Jerry Hines (Elizabeth) of Louisville, Betty Dedman (Dave) of Lexington, KY, Linda Ghrist (Mike) of Louisville and Patty Aquinto (Greg) of Plymouth, MI; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a niece, Judy Logan (Ted). The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bardstown Rd., with entombment in Resthaven Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday.
