Original marriage certificate of Thomas Vickers and Rebecca Dillon is in the files on Vickers at Chester County Historical Society.

Thomas Vickers bought a 200 acre tract of land in Plumstead Township on 20 Sep 1765. This was sold to Samuel Carver 28 Nov 1774 when they moved to East Caln, Chester County, Pennsylvania from Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
