Mary DONNACHIE

From an extract from the Old Parochial Register from the General
Registrars Office in Edinburgh which gives the marriage date as 28
September 1851 (it spells her name as DONAGEE) it would appear that
from the dates recorded, she was married at age 13 years. From the age
on her death certificate, a birth date of around 1838/1839 is
probable. The birth dates shown on the two marriage certificates is
consistant on these documents and with others.

A change in the marriage date to 1857 has been made in these records
to make the marriage age more probable.
In many records there is variations of spelling - ie. DONACHEY,
DONACHIE
