Military Serve
He was in the Navy from 21 Sept 1942 and left 27 Aug 1946His career was for hostilities only and we only have a very brief card on him. He was attached to Philomel for the 4 years and assigned to Boom Defence Duties. The Boom reached from North Head to Bastion Point.He would have been stationed at Islington Bay on Rangitoto. The only other posting he had was to the motor launch and this was only for 2 days. He was demobilised in 1946 as "additional Discharges"ie the war was over and he was no longer needed
