Louisa MERRICK

(1842 - 19 Jul 1924)

Louisa MERRICK was formerly married to Mr James WEBB in 1859. They had
four children. One of them was James, who married Isabella KERR, who
later married Edward James COLE, Jame's half brother.
James WEBB senior died when a tree fell on him, leaving Louisa to rear
the four small children alone.
At her death, there were four surviving children, 32 grandchildren,
and 23 great grandchildren.

Officiating Minister: Venerable Archdeacon John Frederick FLOYD.
Witnesses: Joseph MERRICK and Jane BROWN.
Grooms age is given as 21 years.
One record has the date of marriage as 11 September 1867.
