After the Great Ocean Road was formed through CJ Lane's property at Urquarts Bluff, caretaker Ivan Roadknight moved the two vacant structures back to Aireys Inlet. One of these became "Cliff Cottage" east of Sandy Gully in Eagle Rock Parade.
