Death
Published in The Argus, 18 August 1913:The death took place on Friday, at his residence Separation street, Northcote, of ex-Councilor Andrew McIntosh, in his 83rd year. Mr. McIntosh was one of the pioneers of Northcote, having been resident in the town for 46 years. For more than 30 years he was a member of the council, and only retired from municipal life about two years ago. He continued his duties as a magistrate taking his place on the bench till within a few weeks ago. He was a founder of the Northcote Presbyterian Church. The surviving family consists of a son and four daughters.
