IN DIVORCE.
(Before the Judge in Divorce, Mr. Justice Owen.)
SETTER V SETTER.
In an undefended suit, Carmen Hersal Setter (formerly Hall) petitioned for a divorce from Charles Setter, alleging adultery with a woman named Marie Benton at Newtown.
The petitioner and respondent were married at Warren in 1910, according to the rites of the Church of England. Mr. Toose (instructed by Mr. Allan E. Cuplt) appeared for the petitioner. A decree nisi was granted, re- turnable In six months.
31 July 1930 - DECREES ABSOLUTE.
His Honor pronounced absolute the decrees nisi granted in the following suit :— Carmen Hersil Setter v Charles Setter.
