Second: All personal and household goods divided amonst children. Executor not required to make account.
Third: Son Charles A. McLain receives SE quarter of section # 24 in Twp. 79, N range 14, W. fifth p.m.@ $150 per acre to executor within 12 mo. and take w/i 3 mo. If not will receive 90 days notice and then withdrawn and will go to another son with same deal w/in 60 days of refusal
Fourth: Balance of real estate to be sold at public auction
Fifth: Vera Carter to receive $1000, Forrest Breniman $250 at age 25, or 22 if needed. Invested until then.
Sixth: After debts, rest of estate to be evenly divided among rest of children.
Seventh: Son Charles A. McLain gets first dibs on family home farm. If not share will be split among others.
Eighth: Robert J. McLain named Executor.
