OBITUARY...Graveside services for Mr. Rodney Breniman, 70, Corpus Christi, Tex, were held at 2 p.m. in the IOOF Cemetery, Brooklyn. Mr. Breniman, a former Brooklyn resident died Tuesday, October 6, in a Corpus Christi nursing home.
Rev. Fred Pierce, pastor of the Grace United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, officiated and the Nevenhoven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Rodney Manatt Breniman, son of Elmer Breniman and Bertha Manatt Breniman Graff, was born in Brooklyn June 25, 1911. He received his education in the Brooklyn schools, graduating in 1929. The family later moved to Texas and lived there since.
Surviving are his uncle, Rowland Manatt, Houston, Texas, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his step-father, Arthur Graff.
